Hotel publicity key to the drive
SEH has implemented a comprehensive and carefully structured publicity drive (offline and online) with a view to increasing the turnover and profitability of its hotels.
For this purpose, SEH has a sales team comprising around ten employees with the role of publicising and promoting the hotels and four brands in leisure, group and business markets in France and worldwide.
Individual, Leisure and Group markets
The sales team prospects and actively canvasses internet distribution sites, online travel agencies (OLTA), tour operators, incoming agencies, coach companies, wholesalers and sporting clubs and associations.
- Development and promotion of a range of Leisure products
- Presence at the main tourism fairs in France and Europe and the national and international workshops as a member of Atout France.
The Business market
Our brands are publicised in the companies segment and negotiate accommodation contracts with major accounts, small and medium sized enterprises and industries and travel agency networks in France. The Seminars market is also prospected for the hotels offering these types of services having signed the Seminar Quality Charter.
All the network hotels are also offering individual 'Business" guests a comprehensive range of business packages (business bed and breakfast, half-board and soirée affaires).
A multi-brand booking service
Our booking service handles calls from customers, individuals, companies, tour operators, travel agencies, etc. Monday to Friday from 8 a.m to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m to 12 a.m.

A complete range of gift boxes for the Relais du Silence hotels
The Relais du Silence has developed its own range of gift boxes. A range of seven themed gift boxes from €149 to €449 has been devised. These gift boxes are available for purchase in the online Relais du Silence store or in the hotels. SEH is also developing a number of partnerships with the main producers of gift boxes in Europe.
